To heat your neck pillow: microwave for 30 seconds, give the pillow a shake, and then heat for 30-60 seconds more, or until desired temperature.
Do not overheat! Flax is wonderful for retaining heat. Due to its oil content it can burn if heated too quickly at a high temperature.
